Ayubowan Street Food brings the vibrant essence of Sri Lankan street food to Darley Street Market in Bradford, launching on 12 July 2025. Our bold, flavour-packed dishes will feature within the food court on the top floor of this state-of-the-art, three-storey market.
As part of Bradford’s flagship food court—which will host around 13 international hot-food vendors—Ayubowan will stand alongside acclaimed eateries in a casual, fast-paced environment, perfect for locals, families, office workers, and day-trippers to enjoy tasting the spices and soul of Sri Lanka.

Set within the bustling Grade II‑listed Market Hall—home to independent shops, artisan food outlets, a coffee bar, and a lively community atmosphere—our stall will offer casual, fast‑paced dining perfect for Crewe’s thriving market scene.
